Important Notice for EU/EEA Consumers
1. Digital Services — Immediate Delivery
Advertisement placement on seksdayting.com is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), Article 16(m), consumers expressly waive their 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content that has been made available immediately, provided they have given their prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
2. Your Express Consent Required
Before completing payment for any advertisement placement, you will be asked to:
- Confirm that you request immediate delivery of the digital service
- Acknowledge that by doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law
- Tick a mandatory checkbox confirming this acknowledgment
Payment cannot be completed without this explicit confirmation.
3. When a Refund IS Possible
Despite the waiver above, refunds are provided in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Your advertisement was wrongfully removed by us without valid reason
- We unilaterally terminate the service before the end of your paid period
- A demonstrable technical error on our side prevented delivery of the service
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the event giving rise to the refund claim via: seksdaytingnl@gmail.com
4. Non-EU Users
Users outside the EU/EEA do not have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. Refunds for non-EU users are handled at our discretion in accordance with our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Consumers in Australia have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot be excluded. If a service is not delivered as described or is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy under ACL regardless of our general no-refund policy.
