1. Filing a Complaint
Complaints may be submitted via: seksdaytingnl@gmail.com
Please include your username, a clear description of the complaint, and any supporting evidence.
2. Handling
We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
3. Reporting Illegal Content (DSA)
Under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), you may report illegal content or abuse via: seksdaytingnl@gmail.com
We treat reports as a priority and remove illegal content as quickly as possible.
Reportable content includes:
- Advertisements involving minors
- Human trafficking or forced sex work
- False or misleading advertisements
- Fraud or scams
4. Escalation

- Your national data protection authority (for privacy complaints)
- Local police or authorities (for criminal matters)
5. Transparency Reporting
In accordance with the DSA, we publish an annual overview of reports received and actions taken on our platform.
