Seksdayting.com has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, forced sex work, and any form of exploitation.
1. Scope
This policy applies globally to all users, advertisers, and operators of www.seksdayting.com. It covers all forms of human trafficking including sex trafficking, labour trafficking, and any form of modern slavery.
2. Prohibited Activities — Absolute
The following are absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement:
- Recruiting, transporting, transferring, harbouring, or receiving victims of trafficking
- Advertising services of any person under the control, management, or direction of another
- Advertising services of any person working under threat, coercion, fraud, or deception
- Posting advertisements on behalf of another person without verifiable free and informed consent
- Using our platform to solicit, arrange, or coordinate trafficking of any kind
- Advertising services of minors under any circumstances

4. Detection Measures
We actively screen for the following trafficking indicators:
- Multiple advertisements sharing identical contact details
- Advertisements clearly authored by a third party on behalf of another person
- Advertisements referencing control, management, or ‘booking’ by a third party
- Geographic clustering consistent with known trafficking routes or venues
- User reports of coercion, control, or underage individuals
- Inconsistencies between advertiser identity and advertisement content
5. Response Protocol
Upon detection or report of suspected trafficking:
- Step 1: Content immediately preserved as evidence
- Step 2: Account suspended pending investigation
- Step 3: Internal review within 2 hours
- Step 4: If credible: immediate referral to law enforcement
- Step 5: Full cooperation with law enforcement investigation
- Step 6: Permanent account ban upon confirmation
- Step 7: Report logged in annual transparency report
