Seksdayting.com respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Your DMCA notice must include ALL of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address)
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the infringing content on our platform
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Our Response Timeline
- Acknowledgement of receipt: within 2 business days
- Content review and decision: within 5 business days
- Removal of infringing content: promptly upon validation of notice
- Notification to uploader: upon removal
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notice to seksdaytingnl@gmail.com including:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its former URL
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the US Federal District Court for your district, or if outside the US, to the courts of the Netherlands
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
5. Portrait Rights and Right of Publicity
In addition to copyright, we respect portrait rights and rights of publicity. If your likeness appears on our platform without your consent, submit a notice to seksdaytingnl@gmail.com with the same information as a DMCA notice. We will treat it with equal priority.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
7. Abuse of DMCA Process
Submitting a false DMCA notice is a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may expose you to civil liability. Do not submit a notice unless you have a genuine good-faith belief that the content infringes your rights.
