This statement addresses compliance with the German Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz (NetzDG – Network Enforcement Act) for users in Germany.
1. Applicability
The NetzDG applies to social networks with more than 2 million registered users in Germany. Seksdayting.com is a growing platform and will comply with NetzDG requirements as thresholds are met. Regardless of legal obligation, we apply the spirit of the NetzDG to ensure a safe platform for German users.
2. Reporting Illegal Content
German users may report content that is illegal under German law (including content prohibited under §§ 86, 86a, 89a, 91, 100a, 111, 126, 129-129b, 130, 131, 140, 166, 184b, 184d, 185-187, 201a, 241, 269 StGB) by contacting:

3. Processing Time
- Manifestly illegal content: removed within 24 hours of receipt of a valid report
- Other illegal content: removed within 7 days of receipt of a valid report
4. Appeals
If you believe content was wrongly removed or your account was wrongly suspended, you may appeal by contacting seksdaytingnl@gmail.com within 14 days.
5. Transparency
Compliance reporting is included in our annual DSA Transparency Report.
