Seksdayting is based in Heerenveen, Nederland and operates www.seksdayting.com as an international advertising platform. We collect personal information from Australian users in the course of providing our platform services.

- Cryptocurrency transaction IDs (no financial account data)

Right to Complain (APP 1.4)
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, you may lodge a complaint with us first. If unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
9. Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB Scheme)
In the event of an eligible data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to Australian users, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme (Privacy Act Part IIIC).
10. Online Safety Act (Australia)
We are aware of Australia’s Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth) administered by the eSafety Commissioner. We cooperate with eSafety Commissioner notices and requests as required. Users in Australia may report seriously harmful content to the eSafety Commissioner at www.esafety.gov.au.
