Content Moderation Policy – www.seksdayting.com

This policy explains how Seksdayting.com moderates user-generated content (advertisements) and what actions we take against violations. It is published in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
1. How We Review Content
- Automated checks: All submitted advertisements are scanned for prohibited keywords and content patterns before publication
- Manual review: Flagged or reported content is reviewed by a human moderator
- User reports: Any user may report an advertisement via seksdaytingnl@gmail.com or the report button on advertisements
2. Prohibited Content
The following content will be removed immediately and may result in account termination:
- Any content involving or targeting minors (under 18)
- Content facilitating human trafficking, forced sex work, or exploitation
- Content from users in prohibited jurisdictions
- Fraudulent or misleading advertisements
- Content inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination
- Copyright-infringing material
- Content violating applicable local or international law
3. Actions We May Take
- Removal or refusal of an advertisement (with or without refund depending on circumstances)
- Temporary suspension of an account
- Permanent termination of an account
- Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities
- Sharing information with authorities where legally required
4. Notice and Appeal
If your advertisement is removed or your account suspended, you will be notified by email (where possible). You may appeal the decision by contacting us at seksdaytingnl@gmail.com within 14 days of the action. We will review the appeal and respond within 14 business days.
5. Priority Handling
Reports involving minors, human trafficking, or other serious violations are treated as urgent and handled as a priority, regardless of business hours.
6. Transparency
Aggregated moderation data is published annually in our DSA Transparency Report.
