Seksdayting.com is committed to maintaining authentic, honest advertisements. This policy explains our rules for photos and how we handle violations.
1. Photo Requirements
- All photos must be of the actual person or business being advertised
- Using photos of other people without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited
- Stock photos, AI-generated images, or photos clearly taken from other websites are not permitted for person-based advertisements
- Photos must not depict minors (anyone under 18) in any way
- Explicit sexual acts may not be visible in main advertisement photos
2. Reporting Fake or Stolen Photos
If you believe your photos are being used without your permission on our platform, or if you encounter an advertisement using clearly fake or stolen images, please report it immediately:

Include: the URL of the advertisement and a description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 24 hours. Confirmed cases of stolen photos result in immediate advertisement removal and account suspension.
3. How We Handle Photo Violations
- First violation: Advertisement removed, warning issued
- Second violation: Account suspended
- Deliberate identity fraud or use of minor photos: Permanent ban and report to authorities
4. Protecting Your Own Photos
We strongly recommend watermarking your photos before uploading. If you discover your photos being used elsewhere without permission, organizations like the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative (cybercivilrights.org) can provide assistance.
